Credit Risk Assessment

 

I developed a data-driven credit risk model for Apex Trust Bank using R, focusing on accurate loan default prediction. This project aimed at enhancing lending operations, minimized defaults, and improved financial stability, sharpening my skills in advanced analytics and risk management while positively impacting the bank’s profitability and reputation.

Dynamic Pricing Model

In this project, I developed a dynamic pricing model designed to optimize pricing strategies in real-time for e-commerce applications. By leveraging demand forecasting, competitor pricing analysis, and inventory management, the model adjusts prices dynamically to enhance profitability, improve inventory efficiency, and boost customer satisfaction. Using advanced machine learning techniques, I built predictive models and implemented data-driven pricing strategies to help businesses stay competitive in the ever-evolving e-commerce landscape.

Customer Churn Prediction

In a highly competitive telecommunications industry, customer retention is vital for sustained growth. This project, Predicting Customer Churn: Identifying Customers Susceptible to Churn, I focused on developing a predictive model to identify customers at risk of leaving. By analyzing historical customer data and applying advanced machine learning techniques, I uncovered key churn drivers and built a reliable model to forecast churn. This proactive approach empowers businesses to address customer dissatisfaction, improve retention strategies, and enhance overall profitability.

Drug Analysis Dashboard

In this project, I explored the complex relationship between substance abuse and various criminal activities, using Excel-based data analytics and visualization to uncover critical insights.

Digital Marketing Analysis

 In this project I used Power BI to analyze and optimize FreshCart’s ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to uncover actionable insights.

Economic Actors Survey Using kobo collect

I led data collection for EMAC’s Economic Empowerment and Access to Resources (EEAR) project in Eastern Kenya. Using KOBO Collect, I designed a user-friendly questionnaire to identify local economic players, trained data collectors, and provided support. This ensured real-time data entry, enabling EMAC to quickly create a valuable resource directory.
